Delicious food and affordable. Definitely try some “Salbutes” and “Panades”. They were delicious. We also had Fried Shrimps with Beans & Rice and Stewed Chicken. They were both very tasty.Recommended!

Unexpected find. Homey atmosphere. Delicious food. A must have is the jalapeño poppers. Also good was the panades, salutes and tostados. Offers a variety of homemade juices. Worthwhile the visit if you are in Belmopan.

Adore La Rivera. Every time we are in Belmopan try to stop in for escabeche and panadesThis time pork chops were on special - excellent experience all aroundService was fine but I could see them getting slow when busy but there’s plenty to enjoy great view from the second floor lovely spot nestled down at the end of the road

This is my go-to Belizean restaurant. Stewed chicken, ceviche, salbutes, garnaches, tostadas, escabeche, and more are all fantastic. Juices are great too. For lunches I call ahead. It can shorten the wait time if it is crowded.The Belizean onion pepper sauce is one of my favorites in Belize.
